Hakama 35% polyester 65% cotton.

Front belt 415cm, rear belt 185cm 3  lines of stiches, hard koshita.

Cold wash recommended, no ironing necessary, simply hang to dry far from direct sunlight.

Yamato Iaido Hakama are specially designed and tailored considering the Iaido characteristic Kamae and movements, such as Taito ( the placing of the Katana or Iaito in the Obi through the Hakama), Noto and Nukitsuke, which have a direct and continued contact with the front Himo (tie strings) of the Hakama. In order to offer a proper, firm but comfortable Taito and avoid the Saya slipping down, Yamato Budogu has improved the Iaido Hakama by putting an approximately 30 cm length thin pad inside the front Himo appropriately in the middle taking into account the range of movement of the Katana or Iaito.
